Sajan works closely with customers and team members alike. With an overarching focus on innovation, Sajan also guides Strategy and Operations. Sajan is Citadel's North Regional Head for Leasing, Advisory Services, Markets Strategy and Operations. He has over 13 years of experience working in the Advisory role for leading and reputed IPC’s in Bangalore with the ability to provide clients with accurate data and market insights. With his detailed understanding of the Real Estate industry processes, data, reporting, and analytics, he understands and executes client requirements through constant innovation. He is responsible for leading the client strategy and growth for Citadel in the NCR market.
Sajan prides himself on connecting company’s core strengths with what its clients want and need, with a focus on adding immediate value and getting things done. He is responsible for developing new client relationships, ensuring consistently superior levels of service delivery, and incubating new specializations.
Having worked across diverse asset classes advising leading domestic and multinational owners, investors, and occupiers, he aligns all business lines towards the firm’s strategy internally and externally. He is known for building strong relationships with property developers, promoters and investors to easily deliver complex transactions.
